Subsidy & paperwork

Yes — end to end. We register your application on the national portal, upload Form-A with your consumer number and Aadhaar, coordinate the DISCOM inspection, and submit the subsidy claim after commissioning. You sign at two points and the subsidy arrives in your bank account directly from the government.
Currently 30 to 60 days after commissioning, based on MNRE's recent disbursal cycle. We'll flag the exact expected window before you sign.
Latest MSEDCL bill, Aadhaar card, PAN, a cancelled cheque, and — if it's a society roof — a written NOC. That's all. We prepare the rest.

Installation & roof

Yes. We use an elevated GI structure with rafter-hooks that sit between the tiles — no penetration. Common on older Aundh and Sinhagad Road homes.
No, if it's mounted correctly. Our ballasted RCC mounts and tile-hook systems are tested for Pune's July-August rainfall. We also weatherproof cable penetrations with polyurethane sealant.
Two working days for the structural + panel + inverter install. MSEDCL meter change adds one more visit, scheduled separately.

Generation & savings

Pune gets about 60–65% of its peak generation in July-August. The net-metering system banks your April-June surplus to offset the monsoon drop, so your annual bill stays near zero on a correctly sized system.
Daytime, absolutely — a 1.5-ton AC pulls about 1.5 kW and a 3 kW array handles it comfortably. Night-time AC draws from the grid and is netted off against daytime export credit.
A standard on-grid system shuts off during a cut for safety. If outages are your concern, we fit a hybrid inverter with 5 kWh battery — runs fans, lights, and router for about 4 hours.

Warranty & service

Panels — 25-year linear performance, 12-year product warranty (Tier-1 brands only). Inverter — 10 years. Structure — 15 years against rust. Our own workmanship — 5 years.
Us, not the OEM. We diagnose remotely via the monitoring app, send a technician within 48 hours, and handle the warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Optional. ₹3,500/year for a 3 kW system covers two cleanings, one thermal-imaging audit, and unlimited remote diagnostics. Most homeowners take it year two onwards.
